This hall is wonderful venue for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, family gatherings, and small or large meetings.  With a large main hall area, bar, small meeting room, and commercial kitchen space, the areas can be rented together or individually.  We also have a sound system along with a large screen and projector. Our hall is heated and air conditioned, and it has wireless internet.

ENTIRE BUILDING: $500/day

  • Includes: main hall, projector, sound system, bar, meeting room, kitchen & coolers

  • Seating capacity: 391 people

  • Damage deposit required: $500 *returned after inspection completed*

  • Liquor license must be provided before date of rental *if liquor is being served*

  • Liability insurance must be provided before the date of rental *if liquor is being served*

MAIN HALL: $350/day

  • Includes: bar, chairs, tables, projector, sound system, and stage

  • Seating capacity: 391 people

  • Liquor license must be provided before date of rental *if liquor is being served*

  • Liability insurance must be provided before the date of rental *if liquor is being served*

  • No access to meeting room or kitchen

COMMERCIAL KITCHEN: $60/day

  • Includes: all kitchen appliances, utensils, plates, bowls, and walk-in cooler

  • If you are booking the kitchen to prepare food for sale, you will need to get a food handling permit from Alberta Health Services

COMMERCIAL KITCHEN & MEETING ROOM: $80/day

  • Includes: all kitchen appliances, utensils, plates, bowls, walk-in cooler, chairs, and tables

  • Seating capacity: 92 people

  • No access to main hall

WALK-IN KITCHEN COOLER: $30/day

  • No access to commercial kitchen, main hall, or meeting room

LOCAL NON-PROFIT GROUPS OR FUNERALS:

  • $200 for entire building

  • $150 for main hall

  • $40 for commercial kitchen & meeting room

  • $30 for meeting room OR kitchen

EXCESSIVE CLEANING CHARGE: $30/hr

  • Only charged if hall is NOT left in a clean condition after a rental

TABLE & CHAIR SET UP & TAKE DOWN: $200

  • Available at caretakers' discretion

TABLE/CHAIR/PICNIC TABLE RENTALS:

  • Rentals must be approved by the Board

  • Price to be determined by the Board

Rates are set by authority of the Board of Directors for the Edgerton Agricultural Society and are subject to change.  Rent charged at Booking Agents discretion with direction from the Board of Directors.
